Is Sally EU Data Privacy Law compliant?
Yes, our platform is fully compliant with EU Data Privacy Laws. It is hosted entirely within the EU and adheres to all data protection regulations under these laws. For more details, you can review our privacy policy here.
How quickly will I receive the transcript?
The transcript will be provided directly via email after the meeting. Depending on the duration and complexity, the processing time takes between one to three minutes.
How long are summaries saved?
Meeting notes are saved for 12 months by default, unless they are removed beforehand.
Can I export transcriptions?
Yes, the transcriptions can be exported in the preferred file type, e.g. as a Word document, PDF or text file.
How does the recording of online meetings work?
Sally AI automatically takes part in the online meeting as a bot if she has been invited. As a participant, it records the meeting in both video and audio format. After the meeting, Sally AI transcribes the recorded video and makes the transcription available to you.
Can I view my transcripts at any time?
Yes, the transcripts and summary can easily be viewed later on the platform by accessing the related event. There you will find all the information, notes and the transcription.
Which meeting platforms does it work with?

Can I edit the transcription afterwards?
Yes, you can edit the transcription directly in Sally AI to correct errors or add additional notes.
