GDPR-compliant protection of personal data

All personal data collected during your meetings is stored and hosted on our highly secure servers in Europe. We guarantee that this data will neither be further processed nor passed on to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation.

Use of third-party developers

In order to offer certain features of our software, we work with selected third-party developers. These partners are selected under strict data protection requirements and are contractually obliged to comply with all relevant data protection laws. You may only use the data as part of the agreed services. We also carry out regular reviews to ensure compliance with these obligations.

Measures to protect personal data

We have implemented comprehensive technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption: Data is encrypted both during transmission and storage.
• Access controls: Only authorized persons have access to the data.
• Regular safety checks: We carry out continuous security reviews and updates.

Participation and recording by Sally

In every meeting, you have the option to decide for yourself whether Sally should participate and record the meeting. Before Sally starts recording, she always asks if it's okay for everyone involved to write down the meeting. There she explains how you can kick her out of the appointment and permanently delete all data that has been recorded so far (you'll find out here in the next paragraph).

Sally never attends meetings without your express consent and only keeps recordings after confirmation of everyone present.

How to safely remove Sally from the meeting

If Sally automatically joins a meeting due to default settings, you can immediately remove her by entering “opt out” in the meeting chat. As a result, all data recorded up to this point will be completely and irrevocably deleted.

Important note: If you remove Sally from the meeting in another way, the previous recordings will remain and will be processed into a transcript. To ensure that no recordings of the meeting are saved, please always use the “opt out” command.
