Sally: The biggest updates in the last two months

In the last two months, Sally, the Automated meeting transcription tool, done a few things. We've continued to improve our product to give you an even simpler, more flexible and more powerful solution. Here are the Highlights from recent November and December updates:

1. Upload videos and audios

From now on, it is possible recorded audio and video files upload (max. 1 GB) to Sally to get a transcript This gives you the opportunity to efficiently document not only marketing material or other video content, but also on-site appointments.

A file is easy to upload from the start screen:

1.) First click on the top tab Importing.
2.) Now you can simply create a file via Drag & drop upload.
3.) After processing, you will receive a Transcript and summary the file.

Particularly practical: Uploaded files can now be assigned to an appointment in the calendar. This allows you to centrally retrieve and edit the transcript and summary directly in the context of the respective appointment.

2. Central meeting storagerecords

Another exciting feature is the introduction of a personal database for all your recordings. Whether the recording was created automatically by a bot or you uploaded content manually, you can now view and retrieve all of your recordings at any time. The database makes it easy to manage your records and makes it easy to access past recordings at any time.

3. Multi-language transcription

Sally now supports more than 35 languages for transcription from meetings. This means that teams around the world, regardless of their preferred language, can benefit from Sally's accurate transcriptions.

In this way, your bot only appears as a helpful tool, but also as an extension of your brand identity.

5. Non-binding test without an account

Another big update: You can Sally now Test without a user account! All you need to do is add Sally to the appointment by adding the email address invite@sally.de. Sally attends the meeting and then delivers the transcript to you — without any obligations.

It's as simple as that:

1.) Copy the email address: invite@sally.de
2.) Add them to your desired Outlook or Gmail appointment as an attendee in CC.

3.) You'll now receive a confirmation email from Sally.

Sally is now taking part in the meeting as a participant.
