Identify & create tasks

Sally automatically generates a summary based on the transcribed content of your meeting. Tasks identified by AI are also suggested in this summary. These tasks can be accepted, processed and assigned to specific people.

Below, we'll show you how to access and manage tasks:

1. View tasks

To view the identified tasks, proceed as follows:

1. Open the desired appointment and call the synopsis on.

2. Scroll down until the Task field appears.

When you hover over a task recognized by Sally, a pop-up box appears. There, you can further configure the task.

2.1. Create a new task

If you click on Create new task, you add another task.

2.2. Create as a task

With this function, you can accept Sally's suggestion and create the task in your system, as well as add responsibilities and due dates.

2.3. More settings

Other settings include:

  • Copying the content (perfect if you want to forward the task or integrate it into your tools)
  • Edit: With this function, you can further customize the created task.
  • Delete: Remove the entire task.
