Quality Benchmarks Meeting

There is a clear structure in every successful meeting — especially in sales or customer service, where quality of conversation is decisive for success. But how do you ensure that important requirements are met? Right here comes Sally's quality benchmarks into the game.

With this feature, you can set standardized meeting guidelines for your team. Sally then automatically analyses your meetings and checks whether the specified quality standards have been met. In this way, you ensure consistent, professional communication — without manual follow-up.

An example:
Your sales team should always respond to the objection “That's too expensive for me” with a specific argumentation strategy — for example with a reference to long-term ROI. With quality benchmarks, you can store this requirement in Sally. The AI then checks your meetings to see whether your employees actually use this response structure and gives time stamps to understand whether and how exactly so that you can understand exactly when and how the requirements were implemented.

The result could look like this afterwards:

How to set quality benchmarks

1. Go to the settings.

2. Click Content settings.

3. In the Quality Benchmarks meeting tab, click +New

4. Now define clear discussion guidelines:

  • Meeting preset title
  • Select the meeting types that are affected (sales calls, for example, make sense when handling customer complaints)
  • Define the type (multiple or individual questions)
  • Define the meeting requirement (The meeting requirement is formulated as a question that should arise in the discussions. Sally recognizes appropriate variations and checks whether they have been answered correctly.)
